Next Neighborhood Meeting!!!!! Tuesday September 30th!!!!!!

Everyone Should have received their newsletter some time this week! It is posted that the meeting is gong to be on October 2nd, WE ARE CHANGING THE DATE!



The new date is Tuesday, September 30th at 6:30 PM. We will be meeting at the park pavilion.

MR HOA

For our homeowners who missed our meeting and just as a reminder, we are providing you with our HOA budget below. Please know that is shows 118 homes at $28 per month. Before our meeting and our decision to publish delinquent dues on our newsletter, we had numerous people not paying their dues.
In the last year, the HOA has lost money. Several amenities you have requested can not be financially supported at this time, but we are continually looking into other options.

Pool Gate

Dear Milwaukee Ridge Residents:

We understand and agree with the idea of having two locks on the gate to the swimming pool, and we have finally received approval from the park’s insurance provider.  While that is great news, we face another hurdle with actually installing the equipment needed to accomplish the dual-lock gate.  The existing gate will have to be replaced with a solid gate that cannot be reached through and unlocked, and the estimate to replace the gate was $3250.  Currently, the HOA does not have the financial ability to pay for the new swimming pool gate, but as soon as it does – we will have it installed.  Please contact us with any future ideas!
