MR HOA

For our homeowners who missed our meeting and just as a reminder, we are providing you with our HOA budget below. Please know that is shows 118 homes at $28 per month. Before our meeting and our decision to publish delinquent dues on our newsletter, we had numerous people not paying their dues.
In the last year, the HOA has lost money. Several amenities you have requested can not be financially supported at this time, but we are continually looking into other options.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

any thoughts on wind power to help lower the cost of electricity. This could benefit the community and the enviornment.

I think wind power would be a great idea and we should definately look into that when the HOA gets handed over to the home owners. right now I am sure the developers would not want, or be able to, put that kind of money up.

I do not think that there has been enough, if any, effort to enforce the covenants and restriction set forth for the Milwaukee Ridge Neighborhood. At this time, the developers have full control and responsibily for this enforcement. For one, some of the houses in this area need some serious attention paid to their yards. I am not talking about the yards with weeds and grass growing out of control. While this is a problem and should be dealt with (the homeowners really need to just have more pride of ownership and take care of this) what I am talking about is the houses that have been here for 1,2,3 or more years and still do not even have a yard started. I am tired of looking at dirt. This is an established neighborhood and should appear as such. When the power to enforce these covenants is handed over to the Home Owners, we can, should, and will do so. In the mean time, letting people get away with these infractions will only make it that much harder for us to enforce them in the future. TO THE DEVELOPERS; Please spend a little time here and help us make this neighborhood as nice as it should be by enforcing these issues.
