Not everyone can or does look at this blog. I think in order for there to not be any confusion on when the meeting actually is it would be better to put a correction in mail boxes or tape to front doors. It would be a disappointment to be the only one at the meeting again just because of a typo. I would even be happy to do this if that's what it takes. My family walks around the neighborhood a lot and we would not mind delivering notices one night on our walk.
I think that the neighborhood clean up days is a great idea. In fact I was just thinking the other day that I ought to suggest this. You must have read my mind because just a couple of days later it came out in the newsletter. Good job.
The Lubbock Champion Builder's jobsites are absolute eyesores!!!! The Betenbough crews do a great job everyday to make sure that their jobsites are cleaned up at the end of the day and I think all builders in this area should be doing the same. There is trash all over the jobsites (which then blows all around the neighborhoods) piles of debris and broken bricks, open containers of paint an who knows what else. The sad thing is is that there is a big dumpster sitting right in front of the houses they are building! Just throw away your trash! Developers! Please help us do something about this! Now, not later!
The HOA is going to put out notices on the Monday before the meeting! Thank you Grant.
We too are glad to hear about the clean-up days and will help whenever we are not out of town. Thanks for the update on the meeting change and for the newsletter we got last week.
Looks like LBK Champion cleaned up their site. Not sure if that was voluntary or if they were told but irregardless, Hurray! One less eyesore in our wonderful community. Thankful for any help we can get to keep it this way.
I don't think most people would check this blog to see that an error was made in the newsletter that was mailed to our homes. I agree that additions and/or corrections should be made by other notification.
